Work included under this contract consists of clearing and grubbing, earthwork, stormwater management, construction of roadway and parking areas, watercraft launches, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, sewage disposal system, water service, comfort facility and other associated work as indicated on the Contract Drawings.
Responsive bidders must submit their SDB Participation Submittal and VBE Participation Submittals. FAILURE TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF A BID AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
