Work included under this contract consists of all Electrical Construction work for a new
Maintenance Headquarters Complex. Main items of work include but are not limited to,
coordination and verification of electric and telephone/data systems with utility companies, installation of electrical and telephone/data service and equipment including trenching and backfilling; complete power and lighting systems, equipment and controls; emergency generator system, exterior pole light, and miscellaneous work.
Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from PA Department
of General Services (DGS)
