Work included under this contract consists of all general construction work to include install 5,000-gallon fiberglass underground storage tank; install rain garden; remove/replace existing block wall system; excavate and pave new parking area; relocate existing waterline; excavating, backfilling, and compaction; installation of HDPE pipe, waterline, electrical line, type “M” inlets, precast concrete tops, and structural steel grates; installation, placement, and compaction of 2A stone and
placement of geotextile; and topsoil, seed, and mulch.
Engineer's Estimate: $100,000 to $500,000
