Work Includes:   Work included under this contract consists of removing an existing steel girder bridge and replacing it with a prestressed adjacent box beam bridge with architectural surface treatment, rock lining, paving, and installation of guiderail. Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category S1, Cement Concrete Bridges up to 120 ft. and Steel Bridges with Straight Girder up to 120 ft., in accordance with the PennDOT’s Specifications, Publication 408, Section 102, Subsection 102.01, dated 2016. The successful Bidder may be required to submit a copy of the PennDOT Prequalification Certificate. Engineer's Estimate: Over $1 Million.
