Work included under this contract consists of conversion from the existing bituminous pavement surface to a stabilized aggregate surface on Stone Creek Road.
Small Business Certification Required.
Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category F - Bituminous Pavement and Category F3 - Milling, Rumble Strips, Scarification (Bituminous or Concrete) in accordance with the PennDOT’s Specifications, Publication 408, dated 2016. The successful Bidder may be required to submit a copy of the PennDOT Prequalification Certificate.
