Work included under this contract consists of removing two existing culverts and replacing with aluminum structural plate arches with reinforced concrete footings and headwalls; architectural surface treatment, rock lining, placing aggregate driving surface on roadway and installation of guiderail.
Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category S4, Bridge Culverts, Pedestrian Bridges, Timber Bridges, in accordance with the PennDOT’s Specifications, Publication 408, Section 102, Subsection 102.01, dated 2016. The successful Bidder may be required to submit a copy of the PennDOT Prequalification Certificate.
Small Business Certification Required.
