Work included under this contract consists of maintenance and protection of traffic, 3,390 ton aggregate shoulder, 33,855 SY of modified full depth road reclamation, 5,260 ton subbase material, 5,715 ton 25mm base course, 2,860 ton 9.5mm wearing course and culvert replacement.
Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category F - Bituminous Pavement and Category F3 - Milling, Rumble Strips, Scarification (Bituminous or Concrete) in accordance with the PennDOT’s Specifications, Publication 408, dated 2016. The successful Bidder may be required to submit a copy of the PennDOT Prequalification Certificate.
