Work included under this contract consists of removal and disposal of existing asphalt shingles, removal and replacement the entire roof sheathing using 3/4” CDX plywood, reinforcement of sub-roof frame were needed, replacement of existing fascia/side boards with aluminum capping, replacement of existing soffit with new vents, replacement of all existing metal flashing and counter-flashing, replacement of existing gutters and downspouts, installation of 50 year fiberglass/asphalt architectural shingles, installation of new ridge vent, on Owego State House located at 102 Owego Station Drive, Lords Valley, PA 18428.
