Work included under this contract consists of the electrical construction to replace the maintenance building at Greenwood Furnace State Park. Work includes conduit for telephone, electrical service, lighting, and receptacles; new electrical service; telephone, data systems conduit and wiring; new conduit, wiring, and panelboards; receptacles, switches, and accessories; interior and exterior lighting fixtures and controls; telephone conduit and pull boxes; electrical connections; operating and maintenance instructions and manuals; demonstration of system operation;
assistance for commissioning agent’s work regarding electrical systems; training of all operating systems; and conduit locations and device/fixture rough-ins to be coordinated with the general construction contractor. Engineer's Estimate: $100,000 - $500,000. |
