Work included under this contract consists of placement of driving surface aggregate, construction of a soldier pile retaining wall, installation of a roadway drainage pipe and placement of rock lining. Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category S5, Structural Walls, Highway Construction, in accordance with the PennDOT’s Specifications, Publication 408, Section 102, Subsection 102.01, dated 2016. The successful Bidder may be required to submit a
copy of the PennDOT Prequalification Certificate.
