Work Includes:   Work included under this contract consists of removing two existing culverts and replacing with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert and a prestressed concrete bridge with architectural surface treatment, rock lining, placing aggregate driving surface on roadway and installation of guiderail. Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category S4, Installation of Concrete Bridge Culverts, Highway Construction, and in Category S1, Cement Concrete Bridges up to 120 ft. and Steel Bridges with Straight Girder up to 120 ft. Engineer's Estimate: $500,000 - $1,000,000
